Being able to celebrate raya for 20th time is something that makes my eyes teary. Allah is soooo sooo sooo sweet and generous, Alhamdulillah. :)
Somehow when I sit and think back, I just realize that time flies ridiculously fast. I recall what I have done last Ramadan, and sadly there weren't much. It was nothing compared to what He had given throughout the month. Oh God, what a shame. It would be very embarrassing if I were fated to die this Syawal, and Allah ask me about last Ramadan. How should I answer? Is there anything to be proud of in front of Him? Am I worth enough to be granted with His jannah? SubhanAllah, nauzubillah ya Allah. *Things to be ponder on.
And, in the busyness of Muslims all over the world celebrating Eid festival, our brothers and sisters in Egypt are struggling with death every single day. I can't really imagine if we are being tested in the same way. Nauzubillah. Violence, evil-killings, dead bodies, bombs, guns. Protect us, our families, our relatives, friends, teachers, and our Muslim brothers and sisters ya Allah. Amin. #pray4egypt
